I’m an applied qualitative researcher and ethnographer who examines how diverse forms of knowledge are incorporated (or not) into the design of policies, products, and organizational strategy. My work has spanned higher education, international development, technology, and most recently health care. In addition, I maintain a long-standing interest in museums and heritage preservation as key sites of authoritative – and precarious – knowledge.
